Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have attained Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognised university.
Age Limit (as on 01-08-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 32 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST Candidates (5 years)
OBC candidates (3 years)
PH candidates (10 years) (General) / 13 years (OBC) / 15 years (SC/ST)
Ex-servicemen 3 years (General) / 6 years (OBC) / 8 years (SC/ST)
Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 (5 years)
Widows / Divorced Women / Women judicially separated and who are not remarried (3 years)

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Computer Based Examination, Computer Proficiency Test, and Descriptive Test.
Application Fee: General, OBC and UR candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through net-banking, credit/debit card or cash mode using SBI Bank Challan. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PH and Women candidates are exempted from paying any fee.
