Educational Qualification :
For Deputy General Manager : Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology preferably with MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager from the BEE.
For Manager : Bachelor in Engineering/Technology (full time) with specialization in IT/ Computer Science or MCA or CA/ ICWA or Graduate with MBA (two years full time) with specialization in HR.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
For Deputy General Manager : 47 years
For Manager : 42 years
Age Relaxation :
For ST Category : 5 Years
For SC Category : 3 Years
For OBC Category : 2 Years
For Persons with Disability (More than 40%) : 10 years
Job Location : All India
