- For Assistant Manager (Commercial) : B. Tech. (Chemical/Mechanical) or Equivalent Higher Technical Qualification.
- For Mining Mate : Matriculation along with Mining Mate’s Certificate of Competency under MMR Act 1961 From the Competent Authority under Ground Mine in the capacity of Mining mate.
- Nationality : Indian
